Description: Oneida Molded Plastics, LLC is looking for an aggressive person to lead Lean Manufacturing efforts across multiple factory locations. OMP is a custom injection molder servicing a variety of industries with injection molded parts, mold tooling, and assemblies.
Qualifications: Formal training in Lean techniques as well as BSIE is desired.

Responsibilities: This person will report directly to the President.
The successful candidate should have actual hands on experience in both training and implementation of continuous flow layout, value stream mapping, kanban design, set-up reduction, and 5S workplace organization. The person should be an organized, aggressive leader who is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
