R. Barry Uber

EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Barry Uber serves as Oneida's Executive Chairman, working closely with the company's management team to improve operating performance and implement best practices. Barry's career includes thirty years at Ingersoll-Rand Company, where he served as President of the Construction and Mining Group, President of the Production Equipment Group, and served in senior management positions in Ingersoll's power tool and road machinery divisions. Subsequent to this he served as President and CEO of North American Van Lines. Barry holds a BBA in Business from Penn State University and attended the Executive Graduate Program at Indiana University.

Paul Laud

VICE CHAIRMAN

Paul Laud is a Managing Member of Laud Collier & Company, LLC, who sponsored the acquisition of Oneida Molded Plastics, LLC. Mr. Laud began his professional career at CIT in its Business Credit unit. Through his authorship of a white paper recommending the CIT enter the principal side of investing, CIT's board approved the formation of CIT Equity Investments (CITEI). Mr. Laud was the chief executive officer of CITEI until his resignation in December 2002. In December 2002 with his business partner, Colby Collier, they formed Laud Collier & Company, LLC for the purpose of acquiring companies in the mid market range.

Mr. Laud holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton and received his M.B.A. with high distinction from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Rick Potter

PRESIDENT & CEO

Rick Potter joined OMP in 2007 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company. His extensive operational background and leadership while at Ingersoll-Rand, is a significant addition to our team. Rick's roles at IR included, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing technology, operations, and General Management all with increasing responsibilities during his 20 year career.

Rick was recruited by the Dover Corporation, to become President of their Civacon Division in Kansas City, where he assumed full P&L responsibility in 1999. He led the company through multiple process changes including “pull systems”, ISO9002 implementation, new product development and acquisitions to help create a more profitable company.

Rick is a native of upstate New York graduating from SUNY Buffalo with a BSME degree. While at Ingersoll Rand, he was selected to obtain his MSM degree from the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University.

Tom Herd

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & MARKETING

Tom Herd joined OMP in 2007. Tom comes to OMP with 28 years of experience in the plastics industry. He started out on the shop floor in manufacturing engineering, with a British company, implementing continuous improvement policies and ISO quality procedures. He moved through the organization into Quality control, technical Sales support and eventually becoming a field sales engineer, covering first the UK, then several countries within the European Community, as European Sales Manager. Tom transferred to the USA in 1990, managing the US sales force, and establishing the US subsidiary for the same British company. After 10 years in the USA with the British company, Tom was recruited as VP of Sales for his first American employer, an injection molding company in CT. Tom’s strengths are in technical sales leadership, with the proven ability to attract new customers and manage the sales organization to support and delight them.

John Werner

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

John Werner joined OMP in 1984 as a Toolmaker, moving to an Engineering position in 1985. He became Engineering Manager in 1990, Vice-President of Engineering in 2001 and Vice-President of Operations in March, 2006. Mr. Werner has been instrumental in developing and managing key accounts. His expertise is in trouble shooting tooling related issues and serving as an ambassador with OMP's most important, larger accounts.

Mr. Werner holds a B.A. in Chemistry from S.U.N.Y. Potsdam.

Richard Wilson

VICE PRESIDENT OF PHOENIX FACILITY

Rich Wilson joined OMP in 1987. He has held positions with ITT Grinell Industrial Piping as Start-Up & Test Engineer, with Stone & Webster as Inspection & Test Engineer, with Superior Design Inc. as Quality Engineer and with OMP as Quality Engineer in both the Oneida and Phoenix facilities. Mr. Wilson has had responsibility for the Phoenix since 1998, becoming Vice-President in March 2006. Mr. Wilson has an A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

James Siepiola

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Jim Siepiola joined OMP in 2000 as Corporate Controller. He was promoted to his current position in February 2001. Mr. Siepiola started his career in plastics as a plant controller for a captive molding operation (cosmetics) in 1975. He has 30 years experience in manufacturing with strengths in operations, cost accounting and budgeting. His past position was Treasurer for a closely held entity with holdings in manufacturing, steel distribution and real estate. Mr. Siepiola has an A.A.S and B.S. in Accounting (Utica College of Syracuse University) and a M.S. in Systems Management (S.U.N.Y.-Binghamton).
